Lieutenant J HASLAM WALKER, Yeomanry, attached Sussex Regiment, died of wounds at Cairo on November 22nd. He was at the School 1898-1905, was captain of lacrosse during his last three years, and on the 1st Cricket Team. He took his M Sc at Manchester University, with honours in engineering. He went out to Egypt with the Manchesters in September, 1914, and obtained his commission in January, 1917. He was a well-known playing member of the Old Hulmeians lacrosse team.
